The big Berkey® water filter is the ideal filtration system for an average family of 1 to 4 people. Black Berkey® Elements is the leader in gravity water filtration, backed by independent testing. Black Berkey® elements significantly reduce trihalomethanes, inorganic minerals, heavy metals, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, VOCs, petroleum products, perfluorinated chemicals, rust, silt, sediment, radiologicals. Black Berkey® elements have been tested by accredited third-party laboratories who have reported that the elements comply with ANSI/NSF protocol (Std. 53) and treat over 200 typical contaminants found in drinking water sources. How to use your fountain

Simply pour water into the upper chamber of the system and easily dispense pure water through the lower chamber faucet. Equipped with 2 Black Berkey™ filters, you ensure a production of filtered water of approximately 10.4 liters per hour.

The 2 Black Berkey™ filters supplied as standard with your system allow you to purify 22,700 liters of tap water or spring water.
