Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer neither refund nor exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your article must be in the same state as you received it, or not used, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems
