Water quality is good, however, once the cover is put it is impossible to view the filtered water level, you must constantly lower the cover to appreciate the quantity of water remaining. Furthermore, if the fountain is filled a little too much beyond the capacity of the lower part there is an overflow by the central environment. It is impossible to have water in reserve on the upper tank due to a lack of label between the 2 parts

Thank you for your return and for your constructive remarks. We understand that the cover, while playing an essential protective role against light, can limit visibility on the filtered water level. We recommend lifting the cover slightly if you want to check the amount of water remaining.
Regarding overflow, it is important not to fill the upper tank when the lower tank is full. As there is no sealing between the two tanks, this can lead to an overflow by the central part. We advise to fill the upper tank by third party, because it is the easiest and safest way to avoid this kind of inconvenience.
