Fontaine Eva - How to clean and maintain the mineral basket

Cleaning the basket of minerals occurs when a green fluff appears on the top (coming from exposure to too much light from the fountain)

To do this, for fountains with a magnetic system, you must open the basket and remove the white magnetic disc. 

Then boil water with a tablespoon of coarse sea salt

Bring to a boil.  Put out the fire

Put the minerals in boiling salt water 

Leave to act for 5 to 10 minutes 

Then scrub the minerals under tap water

Rinse the trash and minerals under tap water

If you have a magnetic system, you must place the white disk back inside the trash. 

Put the trash back in the fountain
