Installation and maintenance, in 3 steps

  • Check the model. Locate your 7 liter EVA fountain and its lower tray before installation.
  • Adjust the cover. Cover the lower tray while maintaining practical access to the tap. Always check the water level in the reserve before filling the upper tank.
  • Care for the fabric. Machine washable at 30°C. Follow the directions on the cover and allow it to dry completely before replacing it.

Bonjour
Qualité de l’eau est bonne cependant une fois que la housse est mise il est impossible de visualiser le niveau d’eau filtré il faut constamment baisser la housse pour apprécier la quantité d’eau restante. Par ailleurs si on remplit un peu trop la fontaine au delà de la contenance de la partie inférieur il y a un débordement par le milieu central. Il est impossible d’avoir de l’eau en réserve sur la cuve supérieur due a un manque d’etanchiete entre les 2 parties

Merci pour votre retour et pour vos remarques constructives. Nous comprenons en effet que la housse, tout en jouant un rôle protecteur essentiel contre la lumière, puisse limiter la visibilité sur le niveau d'eau filtrée. Nous recommandons de soulever légèrement la housse si vous souhaitez vérifier la quantité d'eau restante.

Concernant le débordement, il est important de ne pas remplir la cuve supérieure lorsque la cuve inférieure est pleine. Comme il n'y a pas d'étanchéité entre les deux cuves, cela peut entraîner un débordement par la partie centrale. Nous conseillons de remplir la cuve supérieure par tiers, car c'est le moyen le plus simple et le plus sûr pour éviter ce genre de désagrément.
