We are very satisfied with the filtering of the fountain. However, we have several observations to make:
1 The faucet is too fragile and not very practical. A traditional faucet would have been more ergonomic. The flow rate to fill a container is quite long.
2 There is no graduation on the jar for available water and reserve. Filling is done by guess or with a one liter bottle
3 The advertised capacity is 7 liters. Now there are 3 liters available and 4 liters in the top jar. This borders on false advertising. Having used it for a week, even for two people the capacity is a little tight.

Regarding your comments:
Announced capacity: the mention '7 liters' corresponds to the total volume of the system, i.e. approximately 4 liters for the lower tank and 3 liters for the upper tank, excluding filters. It is an indicator of size, and not the quantity of water continuously available, which depends on the filtration cycle in progress.
Faucet flow rate: the flow rate is specified in the product sheet (approximately 2 liters per hour with two filters), which corresponds to the standard operation of gravity filtration. The manufacturer is currently working to offer a more quality faucet to improve ergonomics.
Water level not visible: in fact, filling is done by guesswork. Some users discreetly mark the maximum level on the tank with a small mark (such as adhesive tape or erasable marker), which allows for more practical daily use.
