The glass tube allows you to see the height of water present in the lower tank. It is a practical daily reference for organizing fillings and preparing your next carafe.

🫧 Assembly and maintenance
Empty the tanks before installation. Follow the order of the washers illustrated in the Water View™ instructions. Hand wash in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry; no dishwasher. A soft brush is suitable for the tube. Keep the top cap gasket and tighten the top cap by hand. The use of the blue ball is optional.
💧 Manage the filling carefully
Take into account the water already present in the lower tank before filling the upper tank. The tube helps you visualize the reserve; it does not stop the filtration.

Consult the guide dedicated to Water View™. The seal and manual tightening of the upper cap are among the first checks. If the problem persists, contact our customer service.
