📢 Mise à jour sur la situation de Berkey®
Depuis près de deux ans, un ordre d’arrêt administratif (SSURO) imposé par l’Agence américaine de protection de l’environnement (EPA) a limité les opérations de Berkey International aux États-Unis, impactant la distribution de certains produits.
Récemment, la direction de Berkey a rencontré le DOJ (ministère américain de la Justice) et le nouveau directeur de l’EPA – Région 8. Ces échanges ont été productifs et la marque anticipe une issue favorable avec une résolution espérée en août. This could mean the lifting of the SSURO or require a few more negotiation steps.
